The equipment adopts advanced processes and manufacturing technologies from the late 1990s at home and abroad, and produces sewage treatment equipment mainly made of carbon steel, fiberglass, and stainless steel. The main purpose is to meet the discharge standards required by users after treating domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater with this equipment. The equipment is mainly used for the treatment of domestic sewage in residential communities (including villa communities), high-end hotels, hospitals, comprehensive office buildings, and various public buildings. The effluent quality treated by the equipment meets the national discharge standards.

Process principle:
The comprehensive wastewater flows through a grid to remove large suspended particles and enters the wastewater regulating tank; After the wastewater in the regulating tank is homogenized and evenly distributed, it is controlled by a liquid level gauge and pumped into the hydrolysis tank by a sewage lift pump. Anaerobic microorganisms are used to degrade pollutants such as N, P, CODcr, BOD5 in the wastewater. Elastic fiber composite fillers are hung in the hydrolysis tank to increase microbial biomass. There is a high concentration of sludge mixture and biofilm in the tank, and organic matter is degraded by facultative bacteria, improving the biodegradability of wastewater. At the same time, under the action of microorganisms, organic nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen are converted into N2 and NxO gases. The effluent from the hydrolysis tank flows into the oxidation tank, and under the action of aerobic microorganisms, NH4+in the wastewater is converted into NO2- and NO3-. By utilizing the oxidative metabolism of aerobic microorganisms attached to the elastic packing in the pool, organic pollutants in the wastewater are decomposed, thereby reducing pollutant indicators such as BOD5 and CODcr. The effluent from the contact oxidation tank flows automatically into the sedimentation tank, and the settled sludge is appropriately transported by air lift into the sludge tank for digestion and treatment. The sewage from the sedimentation tank is mainly separated into mud and water before flowing into the subsequent clean water disinfection tank for standard discharge. The remaining sludge accumulated in the sludge tank is digested and regularly cleaned by a sludge pump for external transportation. The supernatant is returned to the hydrolysis tank for denitrification and denitrification treatment.
