The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine can be widely used in water treatment systems for papermaking, municipal sewage treatment projects, as well as industrial industries such as petrochemicals, light industry, chemical fibers, pharmaceuticals, and leather. The actual operation has proven that the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine can create considerable economic and social benefits for customers. The sludge in the sludge tank is lifted by a lift pump to the sludge feeding box, which is equipped with a stirring device to maintain a balanced and stable concentration of sludge. The homogenized material is lifted by the feed pump and enters the flocculation system measuring box of the screw stacker. At the same time, the automatic foaming mechanism prepares the flocculant solution, which enters the flocculation mixing tank of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine through the dosing metering pump. After the sludge and flocculant are mixed to form flocculent alum flowers, they enter the main body of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine for dewatering. A large amount of filtrate is discharged from the gaps between the stacked sheets, and the filtrate flows back to the front end of the sewage treatment plant. The squeezed sludge is discharged from the discharge port and falls into the sludge hopper, which is then pulled away by transport vehicles at regular intervals. The sludge material to be processed continuously enters the stacker, and the filtrate and sludge cake are continuously discharged to achieve automatic processing.
