Stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is a new type of equipment integrating thickening and dewatering, the core of which consists of fixed ring, travelling ring and screw shaft, and sludge dewatering is realised through the filtering gap formed by the static and dynamic rings staggered and the propulsion and extrusion of the screw shaft. The equipment can directly process low concentration sludge with water content of 90%-99.5%, and the sludge is extruded in the gradual gap by the rotating spiral shaft, and the final output is sludge cake with water content of 75%-80%, and the power consumption per tonne of processing is only 1-2kW/h. 
Its unique advantage lies in the design of 'self-cleaning without filtering cloth': the travelling ring produces axial movement when it rotates with the spiral shaft, and automatically dewatering the sludge with the filtering cloth. Its unique advantage is 'no filter cloth self-cleaning' design: the swimming ring generates axial movement when rotating with the screw shaft, automatically removing the sludge fibre in the gap, completely solving the problem of filter cloth clogging in the traditional equipment, and reducing the maintenance cost by 60%. The equipment covers an area of only 1-3 square metres, equivalent to 1/5 of the traditional plate and frame machine, and can be flexibly installed in small sewage stations; the fully automatic PLC control supports 24-hour unattended operation, together with the function of frequency conversion speed regulation.
