Inclined plate sedimentation tank

        Inclined plate sedimentation tank is a kind of efficient solid-liquid separation equipment, the core is to install inclined parallel plates (inclined plate) in the tank, using the principle of "shallow sedimentation" to improve the treatment efficiency.
       When it works, the sewage enters the tank, the suspended matter settles rapidly between the inclined plates, the sludge slides down the inclined plates to the bottom and is discharged, and the clarified water flows out through the top water collection system. Compared with the traditional sedimentation tank, it increases the sedimentation area and shortens the settling distance, so that the removal rate of suspended solids reaches more than 90%, and the floor space is only 1/3-1/2 of the traditional equipment. 
         Inclined plate is made of PP and stainless steel, and it is suitable for the pre-treatment of domestic sewage, industrial wastewater (e.g., food, printing and dyeing), as well as the clarification of the water plant and other scenarios, and it has the characteristics of simple structure, stable operation and easy maintenance. It is characterized by simple structure, stable operation and convenient maintenance.

Inclined plate sedimentation tank: 

Inclined Plate Sedimentation Tank is designed based on the "shallow sedimentation theory", the core of which is to divide the effective sedimentation space of the sedimentation tank into several shallow units by installing inclined parallel plates (inclined plates) in the tank.

After the sewage enters the tank, it flows in the channel between the inclined plates, and the suspended matter in the water (e.g., sediment, colloidal particles, etc.) settles to the surface of the inclined plates under the effect of gravity.

The sludge settled on the inclined plate slides down to the sludge hopper at the bottom of the tank due to gravity, and is finally discharged through the sludge discharge device.

The clarified supernatant rises along the gap of the inclined plate and is collected and discharged by the top water collection system to complete the solid-liquid separation.

This design shortens the settling distance of suspended matter, increases the settling area per unit volume, and greatly improves the settling efficiency.

Inclined plate sedimentation tank is widely used in: municipal sewage primary sedimentation/secondary sedimentation, industrial wastewater (food, printing and dyeing, electroplating, etc.) in addition to suspended solids, clarification of raw water in waterworks, purification of rural sewage, treatment of circulating water (cooling water, swimming pool water) and pretreatment of water with high turbidity and other scenarios.
