Technical description of processing equipment:
1, The LK-AO series sewage treatment equipment can be buried underground, and the surface can be used as green or square land. Therefore, this equipment does not occupy surface area, does not require building, and does not require heating and insulation.
2 ,The LK-AO series sewage treatment equipment consists of two levels of tanks. The first level is a reinforced concrete structure with a large burial depth, and the second level is a steel structure with a shallow burial depth. The steel structure tanks are coated with domestically pioneered interpenetrating network anti-corrosion coatings for corrosion prevention. Character is an interpenetrating polymer formed by the interpenetrating of rubber and plastic networks. It is resistant to acid, alkali, salt, gasoline, kerosene, aging, abrasion, and rust. After applying the coating, the anti-corrosion life of the equipment can generally reach more than 12 years.
3, The AO biological treatment process in the LK-AO series sewage treatment equipment adopts a push flow biological contact oxidation tank, which has a better treatment effect than fully mixed or two-stage series fully mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. Moreover, it has a smaller volume than the sludge tank, strong adaptability to water quality, good impact resistance, stable effluent quality, and will not cause sludge expansion. At the same time, a new type of elastic three-dimensional packing material was used in the biological contact oxidation tank, which has a large actual specific surface area and is convenient for microbial biofilm formation and detachment. Under the same organic load conditions, it has a higher removal rate of organic matter than other packing materials and can improve the solubility of air oxygen in water.
4, In the AO biological treatment process, a biological contact oxidation tank was used, which has a relatively low volume load of fillers and microorganisms are in the self oxidation stage, resulting in less sludge production. In addition, the moisture content of the sludge produced by the biological contact oxidation tank is much lower than that of the sludge produced by the activated sludge tank. Therefore, the amount of sludge generated by the LK series sewage treatment equipment is relatively small, and generally only needs to be discharged once every 90 days
5, The LK-AO series sewage treatment equipment not only adopts conventional blower noise reduction measures (such as vibration isolation pads, etc.), but also sets up new sound-absorbing materials on the inner wall of the blower room, which reduces the noise level during operation to below 50 decibels and mitigates the impact on the surrounding environment.
6, The LK-AO series sewage treatment equipment is equipped with soil deodorization facilities, which utilize reinforced concrete structure to set up improved soil and air distribution pipes in the upper space of the pool body. When the odorous components dissolve in the water contained in the soil through the soil layer, they are then transferred into the soil due to surface adsorption and chemical reactions, and ultimately decomposed by microorganisms to achieve deodorization.
