Introduction to equipment

The high density sedimentation tank consists of three parts: a concret pool, a flocculation tank (coagulation tank), and a sedimentation tank.
The high-efficiency sedimentation tank (high density) can be used for raw water purification, sewage coagulation and sedimentation to remove SS, or for softening and clarification of reclaimed water reuse, membrane concentrated water and other processes.

How the equipment works

Coagulant is added to the raw water. In the mixing tank, a certain speed gradient is ensured through the stirring action of the stirrer, so that the coagulant and raw water are quickly mixed.

The high-efficiency sedimentation tank is divided into two parts: flocculation and sedimentation. In the flocculation tank, flocculant is added. The turbine mixer in the tank can achieve stirring at multiple circulation rates, shear the suspended solids in the water, and re-form large flocs that are easy to settle. .

The sedimentation tank is divided into a pre-sedimentation area and an inclined tube sedimentation area by partitions. In the pre-sedimentation area, the flocs that are easy to settle settle quickly, and the tiny flocs that have no time to settle and are not easy to settle are captured by the inclined tube, and finally high-quality water is produced. Collect and discharge through the water collection tank on the top of the pool.
