Introduction to inclined plate sedimentation tank:
There is a very shallow sedimentation tank between every two parallel inclined plates in the inclined plate sedimentation tank. Make the treated water (or wastewater) and settled sludge move and separate from each other in the shallow sediment layer. According to the forces of their mutual motion, they can be divided into three different separation methods: same direction flow, opposite direction flow, and lateral flow. The inclined plate sedimentation tank uses the principle of "shallow sedimentation" to shorten the distance of particle sedimentation, thereby shortening the sedimentation time and increasing the sedimentation area of the sedimentation tank, thereby improving the treatment efficiency.
The principle of inclined plate sedimentation tank is that, at the same processing efficiency, the shallower the depth of the sedimentation tank, the shorter the sedimentation time. Under the same water treatment conditions, the larger the sedimentation area, the higher the efficiency of the sedimentation tank. Adding a set of inclined plates (inclined tubes) in the sedimentation tank not only increases the sedimentation area but also shortens the sedimentation time. At the same time, the water flow between the plates (tubes) changes from turbulent to laminar, which also improves the sedimentation efficiency. In order to discharge the mud in a timely manner, the board (pipe) is installed at a 45~60 ° angle to the horizontal plane. The inclined plate (inclined tube) sedimentation tank is divided into three forms: water flow, mud flow in the same direction, reverse flow, and lateral flow.
